Controlling complex compressed air stations intelligently and depending on consumption – to further increase user-friendliness, BOGE KOMPRESSOREN will now be supplying its innovative control airtelligence provis 2.0 with a preconfigured industrial PC. The visualisation software is already installed so that no time-consuming configuration will be necessary. Users will always have an overview of all the consumption values. The higher-level control already contains all of the machine data from BOGE Kompressoren thus ensuring that commissioning is very simple. Up to sixteen rigid or frequency-controlled compressors and 24 accessory components can be connected. airtelligence provis 2.0 combines these automatically and guarantees the most efficient system operation possible at all times.
Quick to set up – thanks to the new industrial PC (IPC), BOGE has facilitated the commissioning of airtelligence provis 2.0. The IPC and integrated control system are compactly integrated in a control cabinet and are fully preinstalled. Additional hardware is not required – a connection to the customer network simply has to be established. The web-based visualisation displays status values in real-time as well as the consumption processes, enabling evaluations and quarterly reports to be generated. Remote monitoring is guaranteed and active error messages, based on defined limit values, alert the user at an early stage by e-mail or SMS about faults and maintenance requirements. This ensures that the best possible, energy-efficient and appropriate use of the compressor station is guaranteed at all times.
High intelligence quotient
Intelligent control means that the control system teaches itself – activation and deactivation of the compressed air systems are completed at the optimum time taking the forecast consumption, net volume, supplied quantity and machine reaction times into consideration. This, for example, ensures that expensive idle times and energy-intensive excess compaction are avoided. airtelligence provis 2.0 is suitable for controlling complex systems that consist of three or more different compressors and treatment components. In addition to BOGE products, third party products are simple to integrate. All of the connected units are recorded by means of a modbus scan. Technical data, such as the supplied quantity, motor output and maximum pressure of all BOGE compressed air devices are already stored in the system. The customer can use individually configurable control modes to optimise the system according to the supplied quantity, operating hours, maintenance intervals or defined machine priorities, for example. The airlogic formula editor from BOGE, with which available status values are interconnected individually, is the only one available on the market. Complex switching processes, such as a status-based ventilation flap control system, can thus be preset. The control system is easy to operate via a touchscreen with an intuitive menu structure.
