Industry 4.0 is the guiding principle in industry to increase competitiveness, efficiency and effectiveness. BOGE airstatus is a remote diagnostic tool for compressed air systems: the activities of up to 32 components can, thanks to the BOGE APP (available in app stores for iOS and Android devices), be checked on your smartphone, tablet or PC from anywhere in the world. This is not only a milestone in human-machine communication. This tool can create entirely new services and business models. Your compressors and components can be connected via an RS485 interface to an airstatus controller. The data transmission is via Modbus RTU, with the communication of data processed through GSM/GPRS or Ethernet in real time.
Our airstatus variants
Our remote diagnostic tool airstatus is available in five different packages. Depending on your needs, you can choose your desired scope between: local surveillance, mobile surveillance, premium monitoring, premium service and proactive maintenance.
All packages, regardless of whether or not you are online, come with a fault and maintenance detector, and you will be contacted in the case of an emergency via e-mail or SMS. The BOGE APP provides all relevant data to your communication devices, such as your smart phone or tablet. The compressed air data is stored on a secure server for up to 24 months.
