Parker Zander TGS series filters for technical and industrial gas treatment applications up to 16 bar(g)
Purgas filters from Parker Zander offer a wide selection of separation techniques for solid and liquid particles as well as vapours from critical industrial gases and natural gases, as standard.
The TGS filter series is available for pressure level PN16, with higher pressure levels on request. They are characterised by the employment of high-quality materials, thorough cleaning and production methods, as well as the traceability of the products. The housings are made of welded carbon steel, internally and externally coated with a corrosion-inhibited compound, and they also have an additional epoxy coating on their exterior for additional protection. All TGS filters are equipped with a stainless steel needle valve on the outlet, as standard.
A variety of different elements are available for the separation: surface filter elements for coarse separation, micro filter elements for depth filtration, as well as high temperature elements.
Optionally, filters from the TGH series can be supplied in a dissipative design with classification based on Ex II 2G.
Applications:
– Critical industrial gases and natural gases according in fluid group 1 as per directive 97/23/EC (Pressure Equipment Directive)
– Zones 1 and 2 as per directive 94/9/EC (ATEX Directive)
